Thursday 2nd September Year 7 and Year 12 to attend at their designated time slot for supervised, onsite Lateral Flow Testing. please ensure you have given consent for your Year 7 child using this form and Year 12 students should give their own consent using this form. Testing is strongly advised for all students. students do not need to be in Academy uniform.
