18 Aug Chelsea Academy celebrates A level results
Chelsea Academy are celebrating excellent A level results with 81% of students achieving A*- C grades. The Academy has maintained the high standards set over the years with half of all grades at A*- B. Languages continue to be a strength of the Academy with 46% of grades achieved at A or A*. The Science results are also very strong with a large proportion of students going to study Science-based courses at University in September.
We are proud of all of our students but would like to take this opportunity to recognise the amazing achievements of the students whose dedication, inspirational work ethic and unfailing focus has won them places at top Universities, including Imperial College, UCL, King’s College and Oxford University.
Assistant Principal of Post 16 Holly Power said “I am extremely proud of this year group. Their results are a credit to them, their families and the staff at Chelsea Academy. Some of our students have managed to overcome extremely difficult personal circumstances to achieve an outstanding set of results. This is due to their own hard work and the support and guidance given to them by the Academy staff. We wish them every success for their future.”
Principal Matt Williams said “Congratulations to all of our year 13 who have opened their results today. Thank you to the students, their parents and our wonderful teachers for the work they have done over the past two years”.
