Complaints Resolution Procedure

Our Complaints Resolution Procedure outlines the steps that go into making a formal complaint to the Academy.

Whilst we take care to ensure that parents’ and carers’ concerns are addressed and resolved swiftly by the immediate member of staff involved, we recognise there will be times when a more structured approach is more suitable. In most instances we will try to resolve any issues at an informal stage. Please also note that Ofsted do not investigate complaints but will pass on the information to the Local Authority, who then ask schools to investigate in any event if Local Authority thresholds are not met.
