Computing Department News – February 2020

This half term in Computing has seen the introduction of programming and algorithms amongst all key stages. Students have been racking their brains trying to figure out how to communicate with the machine that is an integral part of all our lives, and to understand how the computer is able to carry out basic sorting and searching tasks using standard algorithms. We are looking to introduce a programming club either next half term or after Easter. KS3 students with a passion for problem solving and coding will have a place where they can code, share ideas and try to solve problems!
