Music Scholar concert

On Tuesday 24th November, we were treated to the first Music Scholar concert of the year; a chance to celebrate success and provide an opportunity for our 54 scholars across Year 7 to 10 to perform and demonstrate their talents.  It was a varied programme ranging from short solo items to longer more complex pieces from the upper year groups, and also a performance by the Steel Band. It was great to see so many family and friends attending and they were such a supportive audience.  Thanks to the students who have been practicing and preparing individually and with their instrumental and vocal teachers to whom we owe many thanks also. The next big performance is the annual Christmas Concert…

The next big performance is the annual Christmas Concert on Tuesday 15th December at 7.00 pm where we will see the Academy ensembles, soloists and the whole of Year 7 performing as a group.  See you there!
