Year 10 and 12 students took part in a Science Research Open Day at the Royal Brompton Hospital where they demonstrated to the public what they had learnt about cellular organisation within the heart. There was also time for students to speak to researchers working on a wide range of medical technologies, including artificial hearts and medical imaging.
