As the exam season is looming, for this half term I would like to share with you the link to a website set up by YoungMinds. YoungMinds are a charitable organisation who work to raise awareness of, and campaign for change when it comes to children and young people’s mental health. On this website you will find some very helpful information to help support your child through exam time, which can be a very stressful time for all of you.

The ‘supporting your child through exam time’ section of the YoungMinds website provides some really useful information for parents about how you can support your child with revision / exam preparation, how you can help them manage their stress during the exam period and what you can do to help if things don’t go as well as expected on the exam day. I would recommend this website for any parent who has a child preparing for exams.
