London Diocesan Board for Schools annual Church Service

On Thursday, our Chaplain Anita, along with Mrs Holgate and Laura Malkin our governor, escorted students who regularly visit to chapel to the annual schools' church service at St Paul's Cathedral.  The theme of the service was "The Power of Forgiveness: Restoring Friendship", and we heard readings and music performed by over 370 school children from across the Diocese of London. Chelsea Academy is one of the newest of the 152 schools in the London Diocesan Board for Schools. To celebrate the bringing together of all these different schools, we were sent a jigsaw piece to decorate, which was then put together with all the other jigsaw pieces in the cathedral.  We had a joyful afternoon full of music and celebration, even though…
