Responses to our Chelsea Academy Foundation “Flourish Fund” campaign have been very positive. In the last month alone we have received over £17,600, with more donations pledged. Thank you to all those who have contributed so far!
We are determined to hit the £25,000 mark by the end of the year, so if you have not had a chance to donate yet, please do! For 2019/20 the Flourish Fund is focused on three main areas: Access For All, Mental Health and Extra Support. Each of these areas has multiple projects running: from University visits, to our in-house counselling service, to extra Maths and English tuition for Year 11s.
In addition to the sheer cost of these, we are also endeavouring to create a “culture of contribution” for our students to emulate in the outside world. So we are particularly interested in corporate partnerships and monthly pledges. Our vision is that all those who can, donate £10-£20 per month.
