Music Tuition

Tuition takes place during the Academy day using a rotating timetable.

The vision and aspiration of Chelsea Academy is that every student will have the opportunity to have instrumental and vocal lessons.
We have a large team of highly qualified professional teachers and performers, employed by the Academy, who provide tuition across a wide range of disciplines.

Tuition takes place during the Academy day using a rotating timetable so that students are not affected by repeatedly missing the same curriculum lessons.

Applications for tuition are administered by the music curriculum area and payments can only be made through the Academy ParentPay, organised through the finance team. Applications are open throughout the year but your child may be placed on a waiting list until a space becomes available.

Tuition and Fees

Students will receive a 30 minute lesson per week. They will have ten lessons per term, 30 lessons per year.

Tuition TypeFees
Standard Individual Tuition£180.00 per term

Instrumental and vocal staff maintain registers which are monitored by the Curriculum Leader for Music and parents are kept informed where students are persistently late or absent to their lessons.

It is the responsibility of the student to check their own timetable(s) on the Instrumental and Vocal Tuition Noticeboard and to arrive punctually and with the correct equipment (including music and instruments where appropriate).
