Come along and try out our community choir, where everyone is welcome!
Singing is great for you – the benefits of singing with others are being scientifically proven in leaps and bounds (although we’ve known about it for a while!). But most importantly we have a lot of fun together learning and performing some great music.
Sessions run weekly in term-time and consist of a warm-up before learning songs of all kinds of genres and styles in beautiful harmony.
- Songs are taught by ear (without sheet music) in an encouraging and accessible way
- Listening files are available to help you learn the songs
- Timid singers and newcomers are particularly welcome
- You won’t be asked to sing on your own (although if you want to I’m sure we can find you a solo)
