Lots Village Chelsea Committee

Lots Village Chelsea (an Association for Residents and Businesses in Lots Village) participated in the RHS London In Bloom scheme this year.  They achieved Gold for their “Lots Village In Bloom” entry, and Outstanding for their “It’s Your Neighbourhood” entry.
