Staff

Home > About Us > Staff

The Academy currently employs around 150 staff, 80 teaching and 70 associate. All of our staff are Learning Coaches, which means that students are at the absolute heart of everyone’s day-to-day work, and student-staff relationships are developed across all areas of the Academy.

This unique feature of the Academy’s ethos serves to promote much closer collaborative work between all colleagues coupled with a deeper understanding of each others’ work, and also fits in with the Christian idea of being ‘one body’.
