Staff Association

Chelsea Academy’s Staff Association is created for staff by staff and organises social activities as well as arranging benefits and discounts in local shops and restaurants throughout the academic year. The aim is to foster a sense of community as well as to provide support for colleagues that contributes positively to their overall well-being.

The staff association regularly organises events throughout the Academic Year. Christmas parties, bowling and the annual pub quiz all ensure that there is a great camaraderie amongst all staff. There are also regular staff prayer meetings, an annual staff Christmas concert and other events to ensure that the strong Christian ethos of the Academy is replicated amongst the staff body. Our staff are a warm and welcoming bunch and are fully representative of the diversity of London.
