Welcome

Welcome to the Chelsea Academy website. The Academy is a mixed Church of England Academy for students aged between 11 and 18 years, at Lots Road, SW10, near Chelsea Harbour. It opened in September 2009, has places for 162 students per year group and will grow each year until 2014. The Academy has received over 750 applications for Year 7 places commencing in September 2013.

Chelsea Academy is sponsored by the London Diocesan Board for Schools and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The Sponsors’ vision is for a school that serves its local community and has a distinctive Christian ethos.
